Role as a Business Associate (HIPAA)
We operate as a Business Associate under HIPAA. All Protected Health Information (PHI) provided to us by dental practices is governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We use PHI solely to provide billing, claims processing, and revenue cycle management services.
Maine-Specific Data Rights (MODPA 2026)
Under Maine law, residents (including the practitioners we interact with) have the following rights regarding their personal data:
Right to Access: You can confirm if we are processing your personal data and request a copy.
